Re-use the Check-In tool

The Check-In tool is designed so that you can use multiple instances of the tool throughout the semester, allowing you to check-in multiple times. We recommend only having one Check-In tool visible to students at any given time.s

To use multiple instances of the Check-In tool:

1. We first recommend hiding the Check-In tool that you have already used. You can do this by making the tool invisible in Manage Tools.
2. Follow the steps to Add the Check-In tool.
3. Communicate with your students to let them know another Check-In is available for them to complete.
