Share a Course PlanΒΆ

To share a course plan with another instructor:

  1. Navigate to the Course Planner tool in your Isidore Home.

  2. Click on the Share (person with a plus) icon next to the title of the plan you wish to share.

    1. Enter the instructor's email address, and choose whether to grant edit access or read-only access.

    2. You may also choose to notify the instructor via email that the course plan has been shared with them.

    3. Click on Grant Access.

  3. The instructor you shared the course plan with will show up under the "Currently shared with" heading and the instructor you shared the course plan with will be able to locate the course plan under the "Shared with me" section of their Course Planner tool.
