Copy a Course PlanΒΆ

You can copy a course plan if you will be teaching the same class during a different semester.

To copy a course plan:

  1. Navigate to the Course Planner tool.
  2. Click on the copy (two squares) icon next to the course plan you wish to copy.
  3. A new copy of the course plan will appear, with the text "COPY" in front of the title.
  4. If you would like to change the term to a different semester, click on the edit (pencil) icon to the right of the copy, edit the plan title, pick a new term, and click on Save.
  5. The new plan will be ready to edit, by clicking on its title.
