Use RandomlyΒΆ
To use Randomly:
- Navigate to the Randomly tool in your course site.

Click on one of the options:
- Random Student - picks a student at random. You can click on Go again to choose another student.
- Random Order - makes a randomly ordered list of students. You can click on Go again to randomly order the list again.

Random Groups - randomly groups students into groups of a specified size.
- Enter a number where it says I would like __ groups OR enter a number where it says I would like ___ students in each group. Then click on Submit.

Click on Go again to regenerate groups again.

Random Custom - randomly chooses an item from a specified items in a list.
- In the Enter all items (names, numbers...) in the field below, each on a separate line: box, enter list items vertically, and hit the "Enter" key on your keyboard between each one.
- Once all the items have been entered, click on Submit.
- Click on Submit again to pick another.
